Adds a new hostile race for Fortress Mode. Banshees are capable of performing a 'scream' interaction capable of targeting creatures from across any distance and even through walls; this interaction has a very small chance of causing fatal hemorrhaging, killing the target. Needless to say, this makes trying to turtle against them a very poor choice, as they'll keep screaming over and over for as long as they're left alive, making fatalities inevitable over time. Also, stealthed banshees can scream without generating a combat report, meaning you have to either keep your doors open for ambush parties to come in and attack directly or risk having dwarves bleed out in the dining hall without warning.
