Description
Requires https://dffd.bay12games.com/file.php?id=7755 Makes plagues more commonplace. Without this addition they may not exist in a given world, despite the original mod giving deities the choice to inflict them if they want to! Interaction_plague_switch.txt goes in raws and only works with interaction_plague.txt present. Then, to any creature you want to be susceptible to random plagues, add the contents of ADD_TO_CREATURE at the end of its raws (or anywhere, really). Tldr version: Creature now has 1% chance of being a plaguebearer upon arrival at your fort. HF! Tl version: Upon entering the map, any susceptible creature immediately performs a check upon themselves that has a 1% chance of setting PLAGUE_BOOL_TRUE. If it's not set, creature never infects themselves with the plague, but can get the plague from others. If set, creature can perform PLAGUE_SWITCH which randomly assigns one plague to them. That is all. |
