A pretty small mod that replaces the playable civilization with Koakuma, a character from Touhou Project. Dwarves remain as a race in-game, and can be easily toggled back to the playable civ if you simply wanted another race to have in the game.

Kind of a 'for fun' project.

Comes pre-packaged with Phoebus tileset.
