Description
This pack for DF v0.34 has been brought to you by Anon.

The goal of this pack is to improve your Dorf Fort experience with the help of advanced tools.

New players may be a little lost; if you are new and still don't grasp that ASCII stuff, you should probably use the Lazy Newb Pack instead:
http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=59026

• In this pack, are included:

- Dwarf Fortress Vanilla Launcher, allowing you to edit your init files and switching between tilesets, as well as auto-updating DF (http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=102316)

- Myne's tileset, a somewhat softer and less eye-raping ASCII tileset. (On how to set colors scheme: http://dwarffortresswiki.org/index.php/v0.31:Color_scheme)

- Soundsense, adding some sound. You will soon find out that you won't be able to play without it. Plus it can auto-update. (http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=60287) NOTE: You'll have to download the soundpack (150 MB) when you first start Soundsense.

- Legends Viewer, allowing you to browse between the various events created during worldgen. (http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=72702)

- Perfect World, an utility that lets you create your own customizable world. Has a manual. (http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=57428)

- Embark Anywhere, a very useful utility that lets you embark on areas that the game won't normally allow, e.g. the middle of a human town or a necromancer's tower.
Just run it in your DF folder when you're about to embark. (http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=71007.0)

- Dwarf Fortress Large Address Aware, a program that lets DF use more than 3 GB of RAM, possibly preventing some crashes. (http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=101046)

- dfterm2, an utility that lets you set up your own Dwarf Fortress server; it's the program that made the whole thing possible. More info here: http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=50643

- A Multiplayer folder, filled with several .bat files and Putty. It's a client that will connect you to a public server, possibly using tilesets if you want. Now with scripts for every public server.

You will find more info in the readme.txt.

Enjoy!

Hey Severedicks,
Just wanted to say thanks for using my program, but the way it is packed is kind of a bloated timebomb...
There are two installations in the df directory (34.06 and 34.07) and upgrading will probably mess things up. Also, there are two .zip files in the temp dir which don't need to be there. You could save ~40Mb or more in file size by deleting unnecessary files. This is partly because of the way the program runs, sorry :)
