Description
Fortress Melanosis Bootstrap Mod:



This unfinished mod allows a fortress -or- unofficial cave "outpost" to survive anywhere... or not.



Note: for intermediate & above.



Features:

-Survive & thrive *IMPOSSIBLE in hostile aquifer infested environments.

-Build your adventurers cold, dank, former possibly current night creatures lair, without having to add a thing to entity_---.txt.

-Build using non-standard materials such as: sod - thick plant roots, & non standard animal cements.

-Cold hammer the more malleable metals in the game into usable items. Note surface deposits require varied - non-flat terrain.

-Smelt tin, bismuth (rare), & lead, using only wood, cutting production time in... HALF!!!

-Watch in glee as the town captain of the guard attempts to administer capital punishment with its new leather covered blackjack.

-Craft simple weapons directly from rock & wood.

-Build a sustainable water supply on an aquifer-ed coastline with wooden mechanisms.

-Easily produce charcoal from plants, lots O' plants.

-Easily craft the new ranged sling weapons & they're varied ammunition.

-OR- Simply >!!! DIE !!!< in a desert, as nothings attachable to glass-able sand, except *REDACTED stone entries... Someone should get right on not fixing that >=)

-Added: feral amber, umbar, & lumia seperation adventure reactions to make lac & pitch glue.

-Added: decoration section.

-Added: scrimshawer's workshop for nautical themed bone carving.

-Added: cloth & leather bedding.

-Added: shell chairs.

-Changed: workspace visualisation, now your cubicle O' dirt is to my personal preference for your station.

-Changed: metals with low melting points are now smelt-able with wood as fuel for adventurers.

-Changed: leather clothing items now take glass-paper to give leather that rough Finnish in adventure mode.
