A slew of buildings, and the permissions to use them. Some are just area denial say while you plan what will use the space -besides plants that'll want to grow there without asking.

Others allow you to build walls that building destroyers can lay waste to. They are furnaces -so someone can work on becoming a legendary building designer - and to un-clutter the workshop window.
