The Dwarven Guidance Counselor is intended to analyze your dwarf's attributes and traits (ignoring current experience), and tell you which jobs would best suit that dwarf.

Export your dwarves' vital statistics to XML with Runesmith, and DGC will load your dwarves from file. DGC will also accept direct input of attributes or traits, if you look them up with an application like Runesmith or Dwarf Therapist. Thirdly, it can work with Dwarf Fortress only, and evaluate the descriptions of attributes or traits provided in the Thoughts and Preferences window of DF. It then offers advice on the sort of career each dwarf should pursue.

I hope it will be especially useful at embark, where you can set experience, or with immigrant peasants who have no experience worth mentioning.

0.0.6 refines the Find Best feature, adding a Find Best Among select menu, so you can limit your Find Best search to those dwarves you're looking to reassign.

It's JavaScript and HTML, tested so far on Firefox 4.0.1 and IE 9.0.8. What data I've gathered on my own was found with DF 0.31.21, Runesmith 0.1.9, and Dwarf Therapist 0.6.10. I'm sure there are typos and bugs to be squished, when you find one I prefer to get bug reports in PM on the forums.
