Allows flexible alteration of map tiles based upon a user-created condition. The utility examines each tile one by one, and if the condition is true for that tile, then the specified operations are applied to it. Alterations include operations such as revealing a tile, changing its indoor/outdoor status, changing its liquid level or type, or creating a bottomless pit.

This utility comes with some operation sets pre-made. See the wiki page for help with and ideas for creating your own operation sets.

Intended to work with versions 0.28.181.39e and above. Has been tested up through 0.28.181.40a.
