This mod is a collection of custom speech files that add some spice to the dialogue of Adventurer Mode.

To Install: Extract the zip file to your Dwarf Fortress folder. You may wish to backup your previous speech files before doing this, as this mod will overwrite them (the folder is /data/speech).

Each of the speech files have been endowed with far more variety, leading to conversations with NPCs that feel less robotic and more dynamic. Although the topics of conversation are fixed, villagers will have new things to say, as will the entities trying to kill you.

Regular updates will be made to this collection, to include future additions made by myself and members of the community.

For a displayed list of the speech files, visit the forum thread. Please feel free to post a comment or report any bugs, typos, or errors of any kind. This mod will be updated over time, and updates do not require the making of a new world.
