Orcs will kill you dead, even in the new version! Tested in 0.31.10

Changes from 40d:
- Raised progress trigger to accommodate longer military/health setup time
- Giant Wood Spider Chitin modified to deal with new combat system. Likely makes good armor/shields now, if you can acquire some
- Orcs given access to bronze, but not steel
- Ethics tweaked
