Adds a custom workshop that looks like a slightly oversized weight set; imagine it as a full dwarven home gym of sorts. Two custom reactions, one to train armor wearing, and the other to train shield using, the rational being that all that excersizing would build up a tolerance to wearing and using all that heavy armor. This workshop is meant to compliment the training workshops in Deon's Genesis mod primarily, but it will work with anything.
