This is an OpenOffice spreadsheet document (untested excel version included) that helps track dwarf jobs (activated skills).
You enter the active skills for your dwarf in the bottom. In the top a summary is given of how many dwarves have that skill active. It gives a tally and a listing of the names.
Two sheets in spreadsheet. First is instructions.
