Just a quick Lang file I made using DF Lang, for Kobolds who have a language outside "utterance."

The languages it was made from where the Vanilla Dwarf, Elven, Human and Goblin languages.

Shouldn't have to worry about symbol problems I used DF Lang's "language_SYM" file that I believe is the same as the one that comes with Vanilla DF.

Yes it's zipped even though it's small.

Haven't tested it on DF 2010 aka Version 0.31 but unless he did some massive changes to the language files it should still work.
