This mod adds the creation of plant leathers. Two plants are added to the game by this mod, tough cap mushrooms and cork oak trees. Tough cap mushrooms are subterranean and can be farmed underground. Cork oak trees are found in tropical biomes. Cork bark is harvested with a fruit picking zone (stepladder) around the trunk of the cork oak tree. Cork oak acorns can also be gathered and milled into flour.

Plant leathers can be formed from cork bark, tough cap mushrooms, or pineapple leaves at a screw press.

Includes files for entity reaction compatibility with most of the civilization mods on the Steam Workshop.

This version includes raw files that assign graphics to image files found in the Steam and Itch.io releases. These will not work with the Classic version of Dwarf Fortress, so the Classic version of Plant Leather can be found here.
