Description
The default civilizations now can have variations in their cultural preferences and religion structure. Features For all civilizations except kobolds, values that were initially neutral will now vary from -30 to 30, the same variance humans have for cultural values. 1/5 of dwarven civilizations and 1/4 of human civilizations will instead worship a regional force, like how elves traditionally do. 1/5 of elven civilizations will follow a pantheon that includes the spheres of animals, trees, light, darkness, longevity and trickery.
