This version comes pre-configured with all the address codes for all of the 32-Bit versions of DF from 0.47.05 down to 0.31.25
There is a manual.pdf included in the zip, and lots of info if you follow the provided links.

But really, the only major thing you need to know is how to setup your user with Admin rights. Practically everything else can be done from inside the login.
open a command prompt and run: dfterm_configure --adduser <username> <password> <admin>
You can change your password after logging in, and all other user management can be handled then as well.

It is recommended if you are going to play on the internet to not use the default ports. This is a simple option added to the shortcut link used to launch the server. There is a sample file included in the folder.
