These are merely the vanilla language files which are modified in Spookyfort IV. I recommend overwriting them before playing any other forts - lest that fort requires the new language files.

It won't be a big deal if you don't - you're unlikely to notice only one additional word. But, it could potentially cause issues with fortresses after upgrading versions.
