Description
Makes it so FOREST entities can have squirrel people. Each forest civilization will choose between elves, red squirrel people, gray squirrel people, or flying squirrel people (who can't actually fly) at world gen. Mechanically they should do all the same things as elves, so don't trade wood to them!
