Just a simple mod that adds a new category to the Smelter, "Smelt ores by product." This allows you task orders to smelt any ore of a given metal with one order, instead of having to select the specific ores.

One caveat, smelting copper ores will no longer have a chance of producing a small amount of silver. Smelting silver and lead ores still produce silver bars as usual.

1. Extract the raw folder from this archive and copy it into your Dwarf Fortress game folder.
2. Edit \raw\objects\entity_default.txt to add the following to ENTITY:MOUNTAIN (or whichever entity you're using):

   [PERMITTED_REACTION:CR_SMELT_NICKEL_ORE]
   [PERMITTED_REACTION:CR_SMELT_LEAD_ORE]
   [PERMITTED_REACTION:CR_SMELT_ZINC_ORE]
   [PERMITTED_REACTION:CR_SMELT_PLATINUM_ORE]
   [PERMITTED_REACTION:CR_SMELT_ALUMINUM_ORE]
   [PERMITTED_REACTION:CR_SMELT_BISMUTH_ORE]
3. Generate a new world!
