How to use (for complete beginners):

Step 1) Download file and extract with 7zip or winrar. (It wouldn't let me upload the .ini file by itself, so I packaged it with winrar.)
Step 2) Download and extract Dwarf Therapist 30.1.0 from here. All glory to splinterz, of course.
Step 3) Open the share folder, then the memory_layouts folder, then the windows folder.
Step 4) Put this file (v40.23_graphics.ini) into the windows folder.
Step 5) Run your game and be amazed when DF connects.

That's really all there is to it!
