Go into the house just to the north and observe the goblin go 'No Quarter' and run for no obvious reason, plus this is an abandoned town, not a dark pits or dark fortress.

You can also go to the market a bit south of the keep (which is still used somehow) and watch them scream their heads off while they try to stampede away from you.
