I found this great embark with reanimated and thrall cloud (and nearby necro tower) but also has a normal area (Wild surrounding + Terrifying surrounding). It has pretty much every material you need (a bit overkill really). No aquifer (which upset me though many people might prefer it). No annoying evil rain.

This save game has few raw edit to make the game more interesting in my own way and those can't be edited in game so you might want to export the map to get the seed value (however there's only like 10% chance to get Necro tower even with exact seed value, might take few tries)

Raw changes (I can't really remember all): All Clay act like Fire Clay, Goblin has Bronze and max Age (still high), some tiny Elf change that might not matter, all race send caravans every season (huge change, might impact fps or worse - create too many undead), allow Dwarf to craft and use whip and knife. (Other changes are likely just grazer size or something which all can be edited). The cavern is limited to 2 (which offer everything and save some fps) however in this file it's a bit weird (the 2nd one has way too many water) and again, this can only be changed by new world gen without changing the Seed value.
