So my Dwarves are constantly canceling jobs due to being interrupted by other dwarves. They will also run away when this happens.

Googling online suggests that this is caused when I am at war with my host civilization, which causes the dwarves to be hostile towards each other. But I have done nothing to anger my host dwarves and we are not at war as far as I know.

I first noticed it after I accidentally moved a cage with a goblin bowman in it and had to get my miners to kill him.
