Some merchants and guards have frozen in place trying to join others at the depot. As far as I can tell, there's a trader and his mule standing on water, since they don't have any water coverings. FPS has slowed to a crawl. Fort started in 0.40.03, I think.

Edit: Actually, the trader might be hanging from a branch, but IDK what the deal is with that mule.
