In this save, my still and smelter have available jobs displayed in red. However, these jobs can still be assigned and completed if I use the manager.

The specific jobs that I'm referring to are:
Still -> brew drink from plant (have plants, have free barrels, job is red)
Smelter -> Melt metal object (have chains marked for melting, have fuel, job is red)
