This is the save demonstrated the cancellation spam resulting from haulers trying to use unavailable wheelbarrows to bring things to a large stockpile.

The large stockpile in the upper left (Stockpile 1) is the one causing the cancellation spam (item inaccessible). But if you unassign the wheelbarrows from the stockpile, the cancellation spam stops.
