This map has, well, basically everything. Magma pipe, brook, tons of trees, flux, magnetite and sand. The only useful things it doesn't have are bauxite (you can request it from the Dwarven caravan, though) and HFS. It's a map for beginners.
Unfortunately, I always forget to save the map before embarking, so you can only reclaim. I haven't build anything yet, so it shouldn't be that bad, but you'll have to deal with incompetent dwarves, because reclaiming forces you to have military dwarves. Just hit R in the world screen and you get to the spot.
