The broker/trader refuses to go to the trade depot.

Steps taken to work around this bug:

* I have cleared/off all labors from my Broker/Trader
* I have turned the "call broker to the trade depot" on and off again repeatedly
* I have removed the Broker from the trader role in the noble screen and then reassigned him back again
* I have created a burrow and assigned the Broker to that TradeDepot burrow
* I have cancelled the repetitive jobs on the job screen (using 'r'), but the broker seems to take jobs despite no labors turned on (i.e. Fill Bag)

I have created this save game, and the broker is standing in the fortress spamming errors about unable to complete fill bag job, because of lack of access. I note the broker refuses to go to the TradeDepot burrow as well.
