Description
If a ghost is sharing a tile with an in-progress construction, the dwarf sent to complete the construction will complain there is a creature occupying the site. Since ghosts are perfectly capable of floating through constructions, this is almost certainly a bug. This is a mostly-vanilla save, and I have been using DFHack. |
