During a goblin raid one of my dwarfs [Kulet Rithosram] lost an ear and a foot but survived. After the raid all of the bodies and parts where gathered and taken to either graves or refuse piles except for Kulet's foot and ear. The foot started to rot so I manually dumped it into a 'light' tile to stop miasma but it still would not be hauled (even after being reclaimed).

The save has Kulet's foot at the top right corner at the top of the main stairwell being ignored by the haulers. Kulet is recovering in a bed room on level 8. If you arrange an unfortunate accident for Kulet the haulers immediately come and collect the severed body parts and place them in a grave, even if the rest of Kulet is not accessible.
