Description
Will be linked to from the corresponding crash report in the bug tracker. Migrants spawn about 30s-1min after loading game. This either will or won't cause an immediate crash. The crash writes nothing to the errorlog or gamelog. Fortress population is 19. If [POPULATION_CAP] is set at 28 or above, game will always crash. When at 27 it will sometimes crash. Caps between 21-26 will have 1-4 migrants spawn. Modifications made: all [AQUIFER] tags have been removed creature_standard.txt - dwarves have [SPEED:1] [NO_EAT] [NO_SLEEP] [NO_DRINK] [NOEMOTION] [NOPAIN] - ALCOHOL_DEPENDENT is turned OFF item_weapon.txt - crossbow, bow, and blowgun are removed item_ammo.txt - all entries removed entity_default.txt - all references to crossbow, bow, blowgun, and their ammo types, removed building_DR.txt - COAL_FURNACE building added reaction_DR.txt - MAKE_ASH and MAKE_COAL reactions added for the COAL_FURNACE building entity_default.txt - COAL_FURNACE added as permitted building, corresponding reactions also added to the dwarf civ. notably, dwarves with the bowyer job, ranger job, and hunter job will spawn with empty quivers and no weapon. DFHACK was used to prospect before embarking, and then to reveal and unreveal (so I could know how much room I had to excavate before hitting the cavern). The dfhack SDL was then replaced with the real SDL (by about the end of summer). DwarfTherapist also sporadically used.
