This is a fortress where the vampire drinks all the migrants, but is still walking very slowly.

The vampire is in a cycle of:
1) Get thought: Needs alcohol and is working slowly due to its scarcity.
2) Drinks a dwarf
3) Thought Changed: Needs alcohol only
but the vampire is always walking really slow.

The vampire is Reiuji, fisherdwarf, captain of the guard.
Both forts have plenty of food, booze, and migrants, so just follow him around and you can see what he does.

The fortress is vanilla with 2 mods:
1) Dwarf Lanugage change: Urist -> Lisa etc ...
2) Added tag to creature_standard.txt attempting to fix the bug as described here:
