Things I did:
* Bedrooms for everyone! Yayifications!
* Tombs for everyone... ;_;
* Lot's of miscellaneous crap we needed. Bins/Barrels/etc
* Almost 100% functioning Hospital(We're just missing some lye.)
* Got some steel production and plenty of iron bolts.
* 2nd Squad(Kinda)

The next player should look into:
* Continuing steel production, I managed to get a nice amount of weapons and 1 full set of armor for Udz.
* TRADE FOR WOOD, also Lye for soap, we just need a little soap for the hospital and we're set.
* Protip: Masterfully crafted Iron Bolts make great money, and you can split the sack to pay what you want.
* The second squad still needs quarters.
* Manager works great; if you haven't used it before you should check it out (j -> m)
