The fort is on the other side of that mountain range from the lower most Dwarf fort.
Be careful of human and goblin co-conspirators! My last Dwarf from the fortress' civilization horribly(and permanently) altered the lives of about 57 humans and goblins in a town not too far from here before getting his skull boning-knifed-out.
