These files are used for testing effectiveness of Dwarf Fortress crossbow bolts against armor. They are designed to work on DF34.11 running on Linux. I think most of the components should work on Windoze (other than the indicated perl scripts) but I am not sure if DF macros are cross-platform compatible. For more details, see the forum thread.
