Changing dragons over to Elemental Format.

Problems:
A bug that doesn't leave an errorlog is crashing the game at years 2-4.
Scale colors aren't being used.

This is now a semi-complex mod with many races and multiple features. There are many castes that are randomly generated, each with differing abilities. Enjoy.

v.1.1 there is a small bug that was needed to be fixed. In the dragon civilization entity file, there is an invalid entry of
[DIGGER:ITEM_WEAPON_DRAGONPICK]. This has been changed to [DIGGER:ITEM_WEAPON_PICK]. I apologize for any inconvenience
that this has caused.
