The embark location is nice.
There is sand and clay. There is magnetite and limestone. There are loads of trees on half the map - there's even lignite. Just like old times! That's half the map.
The other half the map contains an evil ocean. There's a sea monster in it. Being evil, it could do all the things evil regions do (untested).

There are eighty years of history. The forest has an aquifer underneath somewhere, the ocean doesn't.

The save has a minor mod - there are a few extra underground shrubs, and two extra ores.
