Level 3's being partially floored over for a test run. The reservoir (F8) is currently filling the primary Knifemurders reactor (F4). When the power hits about 3400uW (or it's overflowing) pull the middle lever on the right side of the reactor or it's gonna overflow in Fun places (That'll cut off the water intake). The lever to connect it to the pumpstack is to the left of the reactor. Oh and you're about to be offered to make Knifemurders a land of the realm. I keep picking Option "B" to avoid annoying nobles.
