This is the result of settlers packing up moving over to a fort that breach the caverns then moving back to their embark site directly under it. (got an adventurer to pick up every one at the embark site using Dfusion and a custom code then every one from the second fort and travel through the caverns to the embark site swap to fort mode using Dfmode from Dfhack)
Done in the 3.25c version of Genesis.

Hopefully you can just throw this folder into the save file and play.
Oh here the steps needed to do to get the screen normal.
1. remove designations all around the site for if you unpause the miners will start digging out some of the stuff assigned.
2.designate one tile for mining or smoothing this will fix the limited screen your dwarves can use.

There a Still any Mead, any Meat and logs mod and personal custom mats that may pop up.

Oh and you might end up with migrants on the surface.
