My first (real) attempt at a good PerfectWorld... world. With this, one can generate games on an earth-like map, complete with Sahara Desert, Rocky Mountains, and the Pacific Ring of Fire. WikiAnswers says there are over 500 active volcanoes in the world, so I made it generate 501 on each map.

Instructions-
1. Open downloaded textfile (EarthMap) and copy all text.
2. Go into your Dwarf Fortress folder.
3. Open the data folder.
4. Open the init folder.
5. Open your world_gen textfile. Scroll all the way to the bottom and paste at the end of the file. Save the textfile.
6. Start DF, and choose "Design new world with parameters". The last option should be "EARTH." Choose this, and let the map generate.
7. Save the world, and have fun!

The current version is rather rough. If someone can tell me how to make the map have cold poles and a hot equator, it would be much appreciated.
