This is the Middle Earth mod 3.1 release, v.39 compatible.
To install it you should replace the contents of /raw folder with the files provided.
Also it would be nice to empty your /data/objects folder to prevent occasional overlap with some of previous modifications.

There're some strange things caused by the new war-peace system, like friendly orcs or barrow-wights, but I tried to personalize them so they mostly lead wars good vs. bad.
