If I had it to do over again, I'd change a few things. Give the axedwarf leadership. Give someone butchery and fish cleaning. Equipment choices are odd, too. I was scamming for free barrels, which is a bit pointless, since I was looking for a well-forested location. All those various cow parts all went into the same barrel anyway. I might dump all the seeds other than plump helmet spawn, since I never plant anything else in the first year.
