OK. When I started, Dwarves were all inside. Food was all stockpiles outside, and all the crops were withered on the vine. (Tantrums were imminent)
The booze/farm should be self sustaining, now, and you have enough animals to slaughter to feed an army.... if you can get anyone to cook them! That beautiful butchered large toad, gone to waste.

Please note the handy F# key jumps to useful points. I butchered the beautiful rooms created by my predecessors, which is a tragedy, but I needed defensible positions to hide from arrows. You'll probably notice spent ammunition everywhere. Also, blood, corpses, discarded limbs, dead dogs...

There are wider ramps all the way to the top. Also please note the so-close-to-finished-it-hurts magma pumpstack. note: iron is magma proof. So is quartz, mica, and bauxite. Also: nickle, if you can get it.

of note: We need better walls to protect against archer ambushes.

We have a baroness! She's fairly mild, promoted from the ranks. She doesn't deserve an accident. (she does need that 3rd artifact cabinet put into her dining room, however. You can put the artifact floodgate in the conveniently prepared magma-outchannel, if you like). There is currently a giant in the dining room. Don't crispify the nice pet giant.

Re the Army:
Some veterans are refusing to do civ labours.
I could not get the archers to function, good luck.
I made do with cage traps. It caught me a giant (who has not tasted of our tender flesh, I might add)

Re: the animals: the exotic animal pairs are not breeding. The tigers are not all... tame. That was a fun time. Watch that "stray" tag.
