This is the third set of Test files for Civilization Forge.

This set is getting pretty close to an initial release. It includes:

New Races: High Elves, Hobgoblins, Dyansauri, Silver Xelics, Violet Xelics, Bugbears, Sand Raiders, Zephyr, Jawas, Vamarii
New Armor: Chain Vest, Chain Hauburk, Chain Coif, Scale Armor, Scale Hauburk, Lamellar Armor, Heavy Lamellar Armor
New Animals: Pig, Chicken, Cave Crab, Giant Beetle, Sugar Beetle, Spike Beetle, Giant Ant, Giant Wasp, Redstripe Wasp
New Stone: Nivocite, Verdenite, Various new Marbles, New Micas, BladeStone, Flint
Obsidian is properly black. Chert is now blue-gray and sharp.
New Plants: Cotton, Raspberry, BlueBerry, BlackBerry, Glow Caps

Various balance fixes, including Lofn's tannable Chitin and Arrkalz Balance Mod

This set of files is pretty much untested. I've genned worlds to make sure that there are no actual errors, but much of this has only really been tested in the Arena and a few small test forts.
