I thought I had uploaded this some time ago, but here it is (again?).

This is a simple readme file example based on the ones used for the Morrowind modding community. Not all fields will be relevant for all mods, but it would be of great help to everyone if you could include at least a brief purpose/use summary and your contact information with your mods. Thank you!
