Like your dwarves to have a bit of character? Want your dwarves to look as distinct as possible? This just might be the graphics set for you!

These dwarves are mainly for use in Fortress Mode. Unlike other sets, this set does not adhere to the traditional color scheme in ASCII in favor of instead making the dwarves much more full of character and distinct from one another. Fear not, however, there IS a way to tell what profession type they are just by looking at them: their beards are the same across type. Therefore you get all of the character while still being able to tell what type they are visually. It takes a little adaptation, but it works well.

In time I might update this with the full complement of zombies and skeletons as well. Included in the .rar are both the bitmap and the .txt. This is not currently a pre-packaged version of Dwarf Fortress.

Installation Instructions as of DF ver 0.31.03

Extract the file into your Dwarf Fortress folder, as well as any running save files (data/save/region#) you might want to apply this to.

NOTE: You may want to delete the "graphics_example.txt" file should you have it (to avoid managers showing up as babies); later versions will come with a blank version of this file.
