To Install: Delete the contents of your raw/objects folder and your data/objects folder. Copy all the extracted files from the download and paste them into your raw/objects folder. Generate a new world and that's it! Remember to back up the original contents of your raw/objects folder in case you want to 'uninstall' the mod.
