Reg's belief system is 53, so she should be saying "Bothon Abyssumbral spoke to Reg Sneakedcoal". Reg does not have Hode as a deity, neither does the player character. the deity is from a different continent.

saying goodbye to reg and regreeting her may cause her to give the wrong story again, or she might do a generic "This servant of night greets you" or "Praise be to Bothon ..." etc.
