Description
Hello there

First of all technical info and issues - this save was created entirely in 52.04. This is modded save and consist of Female Dwarf Statues and Dark Elves Redux.
Issue begins with exporting save (but title bug/issue whatever this is happened before this attempt couple of times. And after too.) from my laptop to my pc.
I experienced fps death on laptop so decided to export my save on pc and experienced something called fatal error on loading imported save.
Save loads on laptop with no problem tho. Save was compressed and save was portable if that matters, took whole region folder and copied it into PC disk.
On pc, on sorting text there is this fatal error that says:

We investigated.
First I copied the mods folder from %appdata%/ on my laptop to appdata on my PC. Then I copied mod folder from game folder on laptop to game folder on PC. That was super inneffective.
But whats worth noting - despite internet connection - and tbh clean reinstall on pc original content in these folders varied from each other. Different names and numbers. And steam updated somethin before that. Putnam said to try fiddling with "installed_mods" and this is what I did - "I took it from game folder to the game folder and from appdata to appdata. Can't tell now what was diffrent and/or missing but folders insides were different and amount of its contents was different too, in both". And that solved loading issue, thats why I will provide content of these folders along with savefile, just in case.

Now to the title - I have been raging a looot, but according to report of my dark elves and other weird stuffers, no squad was lost and if any casualities were taken, it was one elf for sum of few razes. They came back everytime. Dfhack retrieve and stuck squads commands do nothing.
I do not mean squad is lost - I set 7 squads on raid or raze, and some of them members came back. Mostly heads of squads. I see reports, no one struck down on my side, lot of goodies taken back. But now its almost a year or even more, as majority of my squads is somewhere out travelling while I get retaliation from elves and some nasty ambushes.
It happened a lot during this save along with squad members strugling with or not setting out to mission at all. Sometimes I fixed it (both not going out and not coming back) with aborting missions, sometimes with setting another one out.

ZIP contains of: appdata folder with mods and installed_mods, same variant for game folder and savefile.
Edit: added various saves from before this most recent one, these are random but from same fort. I'm almost sure there is at least one savefile with every member present on map. There is a folder with saves from appdata (before I made portable) and folder with saves from game folder. One savefile is named "Errorlog" and its not error but intended savefile name for errorlogging purposes. While at it I will also provide errorlog, so it is in bundle.


If there is something I can do to retrieve these squad members I would greatly appreciate any advice. This is my longest and biggest popwise fort yet, and after long break. Don't want my FUN served like this :roll:
Also, I heard it should be fixed as of 52.04. - I will accept any guidance on how to avoid squad members stucking in travel, if something is known to cause it.

Edit: I just thought it may be important - razing doesnt work. Nothing is razed, check how many times I tried on towers in reports. If thats important, I raged upon two sites close to me, some tower and something else north east. In most recent save my dark elves that are stuck traveling went on a mission to harras hostile elves on the north, retreat with ~75 pop closest to me on west. I guess. Or neighbour of this retreat. I don't remember :shock:
Edit 2: At least one member from every squad is present in my fort, and some have one person traveling some have whole squad traveling, except leader. So they have to be somewhere and I checked legends for my baroness, who is traveling member of squad according to the game. Turns out that she - and probably everyone traveling and not present in fort where they should be - settled in some dwarven fort or whatever this is, anyway its allied faction. At least not hostile, that is what I remember. After a mission instead coming back with rest of squad they just went straight to this palce, all offmap, and settled. WTF? This is kinda gamebreaking if you ask me. Please fix this - its like 50 guys and girls worth of roles, rooms, relationships and equipment. Not to mention hours invested.
