Migrants and monster hunters mostly (not completely, but mostly) show up with zero skill, despite being clearly meant to have something (e.g. monster hunters, migrants with picks or axes and the mining/woodcutting labor enabled by default). This save has two such miners and one such woodcutter, plus a supposed lasher on their way out with no lashing skill.
